Snow Removal Reminders During a snow storm, main roads and streets get plowed first and secondary streets follow. It will take approximately six to eight hours after a snowstorm to complete plowing. To make our job a lot safer and quicker, please remember the following: • Please have vehicles and basketball stands removed from street during a snow storm.• Homeowners clearing driveways are asked to not throw or blow snow onto plowed streets.REMEMBER! A snow-event parking prohibition ordinance was enacted last year by the Supervisors. If any of these problems occur during a snowstorm, the Police Department will assist the Public Works Department with these matters. Residents who experience yard damage that occurs during snow plowing should contact the township office at 464-3731 and the Public Works Department will make repairs in early spring. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
