The Township is fortunate to have truly dedicated volunteers that serve the community with the Lampeter Fire Company (464-2561), Willow Street Fire Company, and Susquehanna Valley EMS/Willow Street EMS, and Lafayette Fire Company. Volunteers are always needed and welcome!  

The Lampeter and Willow Street Fire Companies are always striving to improve the service they provide to West Lampeter Township. Over the past several months, the Lampeter and Willow Street Fire Companies have been conducting joint meetings to accomplish this. Recently, Supervisor Barry Hershey was appointed as a liaison for the Fire Service in the Township. Having a liaison will open a two-way street for communication between the Fire Service and the Board of Supervisors.

Both companies would also like to remind residents that their Annual Fund Drives are in full swing. Fund drives are a major source of income for the companies' annual operating expenses. If you haven't already made a contribution, please consider doing so. The companies' would like to thank the community for continued and sustaning support!
